Email Marketing Specialist (Bilingual English)

The Email Marketing Specialist will carry out the following tasks, including:

• Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
• Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
• Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
• Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email
• campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
• Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
• Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email
• channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.
• Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, working with some of these tools:
• Hubspot, Marketo, Mapp, CRM Dynamics
• Hands on experience with HTML code, layout, and tools
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft tools
• Comfortable editing and revising content (in both English and Spanish) for email
• marketing purposes
• Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite tools, etc.
• Knowledge in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.
• Native or bilingual level English
• Bilingual or professional proficiency Spanish
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
