The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will create, target, and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, as well as a background in law, international affairs, and/or consulting.
Responsibilities
Your role as a Marketing Specialist will involve:
Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to Law, International Affairs, and Public Policy, with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.
Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end-to-end coordination with an external creative agency.
Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for University’s audience.
Strong focus on tracking and reporting campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future cross-marketing campaigns.
Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.
Create, implement, and coordinate organic content across marketing channels.
Support discussions and activities to ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the entire journey.
Coordinate and implement paid media campaigns together with the corresponding digital teams.
Partner closely with product marketing teams, regional teams, academic teams, and business development teams to plan multi-channel campaigns and ensure the execution of all communications.
