Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Global Brand and Marketing Department. The primary responsibility for this position is to execute marketing actions to achieve the brand and business objectives of the unit.
The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will create, direct, and measure customized consumer experiences that drive loyalty and customer value. This position requires good organizational skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Key Action Areas:
- Participate in the development and execution of the existing customer journey landscape to drive marketing conversion across programs related to Law, International Affairs, and Public Policy, with the ability to coordinate several projects in parallel at varied stages of development.
- Learn and operate using an omnichannel approach to develop and execute nurturing marketing campaigns.
- Understand the customer target, write creative briefs, and oversee the campaign setup process through end-to-end coordination with an external creative agency.
- Lead internal and external partnerships to launch new campaigns, content, and programs for the client’s audience.
- Strong focus on tracking and reporting on campaign activity and results to measure their effectiveness and identify improvements for future cross-marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and build the positioning/branding in all executions.
- Create, implement, and coordinate organic content across marketing channels.
- Support discussions and activities to ensure the customer experience across the entire journey.
- Coordinate and implement paid media campaigns together with the corresponding digital teams.
- Partner closely with product marketing teams, regional teams, academic teams, and business development teams to plan multi-channel campaigns and ensure the execution of all communications.
