We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to TOP University Marketing Team,

with a specific focus on the commercialization of programs at School . This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the global positioning of our programs, from brand awareness to targeted program promotion.

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing innovative marketing

campaigns and engaging content to attract potential students. We seek a motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and a passion forgenerating fresh ideas.

Through this one-year trainee program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing in higher education and develop key skills to advance your career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns to promote School programs.

 Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content creation,

advertising, and event promotion.

 Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, partners, and media to

execute marketing campaigns.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate efforts across various

marketing channels (social media, email, paid media, etc.).

 Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to

improve future strategies.

 Understand audience segments to develop insightful briefs and work closely with

creative and production agencies.

 Participate in both online and in-person marketing initiatives within a hybrid

environment.

 Apply an iterative and agile approach to ensure marketing objectives are met

efficiently.



Requisitos

 Recent graduate from a TOP University or another recognized institution, with an interest in pursuing a career in marketing or related fields.

 Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks.

 Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish.

 Creativity and commercial awareness, with the ability to generate fresh marketing

ideas.

 Passion for design, architecture, and visual storytelling.

 Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

 Must be eligible to work in Spain.
